The Nigerian housing infrastructure sector is in its nascent market stage. As at 2011, the number of households in Nigeria was over 30 million. There are existing plans by the government to decrease the housing deficit by providing 6000 units of houses annually. Albeit, there is still a housing deficit of about 17 million houses, urban migration is increasing, and the population is growing. Our mission at Constrix is to help bridge this deficit and provide Nigerians with affordable habitable spaces.
